About 8 a.m. [March 5, 2009], Fire Lt. John L. Carlson climbed a ladder and coaxed the reluctant cats to come out to him. “Here kitty, kitty,” Lt. Carlson said. “Come ’ere, kitty.” One cat and one kitten eventually came out, and Lt.
